I'm writing review for State Farm Insurance Company. State Farm Insurance is a great company to be insured with. Such as life insurance car insurance, renters insurance, Home Owners Insurance. Even better rates if you get a bundle deal. You can always speak with a live representative on a Sunday am / PM
State Farm Insurance is one of the best insurance companies out here. One of the top Best insurance companies. I can earnestly say , they have there stuff together. Wanting to add they'll even work with you. State Farm Insurance is here to help for sure. You don't have to be vexed about trying to get a bill paid at the last minute on line. I've called & spoke with a live person that didn't mind doing there job. Ready to assist in getting your needs & concerns remedied. State Farm Insurance Company would be the #1 insurance group that I would refer anybody & everybody. They are forgiving and will give a second & 3rd. chance. All true real life experience. I was dropped from my policy for 3 years. Afraid that something would happen before I could get homeowners insurance again. Thanking God nothing happened before I applied again and again. Nobody was able to get me back in, but one company, with State Farm, David Munson office. A great man name Marcio Lopes. They say it's true. I can vouch for truth that God is Almighty & work through people places and things. All truth, I'm truly grateful to be back in good hands & standards with State Farm Insurance. In being a client again, because thus number 1 agency is most definitely all about business. All my experiences with State Farm has been for best benefit. Thanks for taking time out to read how good, David Munson office workers/ employees are on their jobs. Working continued proving greatness. I'm still thanking God everytime, I feared not having my place of residence insured with, State Farm Home Owners Insurance. I was a nervous soul. Praying nothing would go wrong with thus older than myself place of residence, I reside in & pay State Farm to insure. I can now have a piece of mind without worrying about not having proper insurance. That I can say have skin in the game. Years decades on top of decades. Maybe centuries not sure. I'm speaking on my experiences with State Farm Insurance Company.

Had a great experience with David Munson and his team in setting up multiple insurance lines. I started my own business last year and in connection with that needed to replace a lot of insurance which had been covered by my previous employer. David and his team were able to identify multiple helpful options and modify them to match my budget and situation. Ultimately, they helped me set up life insurance, disability insurance, home insurance and auto insurance. All of which had excellent terms and ended up saving me a lot of money compared to my other options. I will definitely continue working with him and his team as my needs evolve.

Annie Brennan is extremely helpful. She answers questions, finds answers from others if she does not know the answers and responds extremely promptly to all questions. She showed me how I could save over $4000/year by bundling home and auto policies and answered many questions about the claims process.
To me the issue is not what you pay, but what you get for what you pay. Yet, all the adverts focus on how low their premiums are, without focusing on claims. A cheaper premium that won't result in claims being promptly and efficiently paid is problematic. Exactly what is covered by the replacement value policies is a question I had not explored in detail before. Annie walked me through the process.
Hopefully, I will never need to file a claim to determine how good the claims process is at the time. But I am comfortable now.

I wouldn't suggest coming to David Munson for even a quote, much less actually working with this agency for insurance.

Last year, I went through a process of getting homeowner's insurance from State Farm via David Munson's agency.

We ended up not closing on the house, and I informed them of this. Not to mention, we didn't sign paperwork, they hadn't received key documents they were requesting, etc.

But turns out they started charging me anyway!

When I told them about this, they apologized, but get this--they couldn't simply refund my money electronically. They had to issue a paper check. They were quite eager to take my money out but quite slow to give my money back.

Then, of course, the check never appeared. They pointed to US Postal Service delays. I asked why they couldn't FedEx it, considering it's their mistake, but of course, that was not possible either.

In the end, I reversed the charges through AMEX. I'd highly recommend working with AMEX. Not this agency.

Oh, and through all of that, not a single word of acknowledgement or apology from David Munson himself.

I'd seriously worry about being supported by this agency in the event of an actual issue.

Look elsewhere.

There was no resolution. I had to pay for my condo damage. What kind of agent would let their client pull out $1000.00 condo insurance? Not a good agent. Be aware!

Widner helped me set up my new policy and transfer my old one from a different state quickly and accurately. He was thorough going over my needs, and everyone on the team was friendly. Affordable premiums for excellent coverage. This office is located on the 9th floor of a large office building on Wisconsin Ave. Convenient location!

I have used David Munson's agency for my HSA and to review client's homeowners and auto insurance and they have gone out of their way to help me and my clients. I would strongly recommend them for help in those areas. They are very responsive and helpful.

Fantastic customer service. Spoke with Edwin to enroll for car insurance plan. He was highly knowledgeable and polite. He didn't rush me and took his time not only explaining things to me but also informing of discounts that I could get that I did not know existed. I do feel he gave me an amazing deal for our family plan. I am very pleased and will definitely only work with this agency in the future.

Just moved from NJ to MD & David Munson's team made it very easy for me to transfer all my coverages and even saved me some money! Special thanks to Michael Laskin, he took the time to walk me through everything and got the transactions processed ASAP. Would absolutely recommend!
