Took my car back here (place of purchase) for routine service. Called and left a voicemail over the weekend for my service person Wesley. Wesley returned my call first thing Monday to schedule for that Thursday. Asked if I needed a loaner (yes) and we talked about what I needed done. There was no wait at drop-off; I was greeted as soon as I pulled into the clean, heated service area, the check-in and drop-off process was smooth; the loaner was beautiful and clean; my car was well serviced; I received a video text message during the day from under my car with deets about the condition of my tires, brakes, etc. My car was washed and ready when I came to pick it up. It seemed to ride smoother than before it was serviced.

Jun 5, 2021Previous reviewHonestly I bought my car here because of sales person James Duncan. Well, I fell in love with the car too, of course, but James --who is a savvy sales person--made the process manageable and less stressful than it could have been.
I have a history of driving my cars for a really long time (not gonna do that again I hope) and I'm not the person who walks in off the street and test drives a car once and leaves with it. I went there often and met w James, drove different cars, asked a ton of questions, texted him AND NOT ONCE over a three week, or so, process did I get a vibe of annoyance or being tired of me. James is personable, easy to smile, open, cool and kind spirited. I did not feel pressured to buy (can't say the same for Rockville BMW) and he didn't really ask if I wanted to buy!! AND I wanted to buy a car from James.
I continued to ask questions after purchase and he always answered promptly, he put my tags on for me, sent me videos to help me use some of the features and even came to my home to program the garage door remote!

After reading reviews and reaching out to dealer, decided to contact socialmedia@euromotorcars.com, all he said is that somebody would be reaching out to me and never did.
Had my vehicle serviced for a pre purchase inspection in July. Car was garaged after service for little less than 2 weeks and was pulled out for car wash. Upon detailing, there was noticeable deep scratches on the grill and around the it that had been covered with touch up paint. Notified Jeff, Mike & Wesley from Euromotor Cars of Bethesda. Brought the vehicle in for them to see. I requested information/details/videos/photos of my vehicle being serviced that day. They provided video of vehicle of an employee doing pre service inspection, emphasizing on two areas that clearly had some paint chips and that's it. Video of service from technician was also received. Requested video of vehicle exiting the garage, but received stills instead that did not explain anything. Mike summarized in the email that they "investigated" that the marks were there upon arrival and that if they were to "fix" it with touch up paint that it couldn't have been done in the 3 hours that it was there. And most importantly that time has elapsed, that therefore this could have not been their doing. Time may have elapsed, but cameras do not lie. I was advised to bring my car in due to a notice i received that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Tom Plfieger assisted me with this service, I left the car with him and he had the fuel pump replaced in a day or two. Was pleased with his service as well as the rest of the Euromotors staff who assisted me.

I'm here test driving pre-owned vehicles. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the pre-sales representative was right out to meet me. We stepped into his office and chatted about what I'm looking for. He answered my plethora of questions and then we went outside to the garage and took a look at several vehicles that meet my desired specifications. I test drove a luxury model and a sports model of the same class of car. I like both. The building itself is state of the art and so is the service. I will definitely return again.

Euromotocars, specifically, Bethesda location can be very prejudicial towards potential customers. I came there on two occasions within two weeks. The first time, the finance department individual, "Kenny", was very rude and condescending. Needless to say I left without a vehicle and no financing though I had financing of my own and a 720 credit score + deposit .
I decided to pay cash, then I came with my own bank financing which provided me a bankers check for a Payment Guarantee In excess of the total cost from a corporate credit line.
After a test drive, I was practically scrutinized and interrogated by the branch general manager, "Greg" about the validity of my financing after I and they've confirmed and verified funds. They pressured me to wire funds despite having confirmed funds at hand, then I was put under more interrogatory questioning and was accused futuristically that I can potentially stop payment within 10 days of the dealership confirming and depositing funds.
Overall EuroMotocars was very prejudicial and I wouldn't dare say racist. They wouldn't sell a car to you unless you had 820+ credit score or a bag full of cash directly from the Federal Reserve, especially if you are not a white man, Asian billionaire or Saudi Prince.Helpful 2Thanks 2Love this 2Oh no 1Business owner information
