Heller Orthodontics

This is the best dentist office I have ever visited, they are friendly, knowledgeable and zero wait service. Dr. Heller is an expert and always walking you through the process with patience. I highly recommend them.

I was Very Lucky that I found Dr Heller. A friend recommended his office after I went years at a Potomac area group. Dr. Heller's group is outstanding. They have been transparent, worked well with my kids dentist and oral surgeon. I could not recommend them more!

I transferred to Hellers Orthodontics & Dr.Heller has been my Orthodontist for more then two year now. He and his staff are very polite and helpful. I recommend others to go here for their treatment.I've never had to complain or ask any questions about my treatment because they do amazing work and everything is always explained to me every visit, without asking!
I usually go to his laurel office to get my treatment done every month but he also has two other locations , Bethesda and Darnestown.
Overall amazing work!

Dr. Heller and his staff are always courteous and kind whenever I stop in for my check ups. They were able to help me obtain the perfect smile before my wedding date and I will always appreciate the work they put in to make sure I was happy.

Horrible accounting practices, unhelpful staff that never responds to inquiries. Waste of money! Starting treatment over elsewhere...do yourself a favor and go to a professional. Several appointments had to be rescheduled because they forgot my aligners at one office even though my appointment was scheduled far in advance, causing me to come back and delay treatment. They are only concerned about trying to pay rent on three offices that they are obviously struggling with, could care less about quality of service. Not a quality provider. Will overcharge you and add bogus fees for nothing with no explanation of billing. Shady!!!! I started treatment in Laurel and moved to Bethesda and only picked this office because of the doctors "flexibility" and "convenient" office locations. Been the both offices, Bethesda office is nice and newer that other offices but the shame shoddy service at all locations. Staff lies to cover their mistakes rather than own up to being understaffed. Stay clear of this place! Sent notices of change of address with insurance info, they lost it twice rather than pick up the phone and calling patients. Lazy staff that could care less. There is one helper that assists the doctor (do not recall her name) and she was super nice and helpful/ admin staff not so much.

Dr. Heller did a lovely job on my braces as well as my husband's braces. The office is clean, the staff are very friendly, I was always seen on time, and there was very attentive care. The only thing that cost them a star was a very high turnover rate of dental assistants. I went monthly for 4 years, and after a long-term staffer left at the 2-year point (approx), a different person worked on my braces almost every time and that resulted in different levels of quality of service and success of adjustments.
