Join us to celebrate the grand opening of RenewMe Fitness’ first brick and mortar location! RenewMe Fitness is a new approach to personal training that provides In-Home Functional & Medical Fitness training for older adults, 50 and over, and those with limited mobility, pain or past injuries. They will provide small group training sessions at their new facility.
The event will start with networking at 11:30, with a training demo at 11:30 and a tai chi demo at 11:45. We’ll hold the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at noon, which will be followed by an open house with light fare.
