This annual event offers the opportunity to learn about what's trending in Real Estate and how developments will affect businesses and the community at large. 

This year, attendees will be hearing from a panel about why major hospitality companies have chosen to have their headquarters located here in Downtown Bethesda.  Panelists include Tom Fisher, Chief Investment Office at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, Jeff Voris, SVP of Global Design at Marriott, Tom Bardenett, EVP of Asset Management at RLJ Lodging Trust, and Davin Driskill, SVP of the Hotel Divison at The Bernstein Companies. Jane Fairweather, The Jane Fairweather Team, will be giving an update on the residential trends in the area. Our moderator this year is Chris Bruch of the Donohoe Companies.  

Networking & breakfast will begin at 7:30 am. This event also offers an opportunity for members to participate in the Showcase. This exhibitor area is a perfect place to network and peruse the offerings of your fellow businesses.
