Olney Assisted Living

Moved my mother here after living in another facility that just did not provide the right care for her. Olney Assisted Living not only has the perfect layout for this population, but the staff are supportive and friendly. They truly care for my mother, not just take care of her. Olney Assisted Living was truly a blessing and after seeing other facilities like Olney Assisted Living, I would say they are the best in regards to facility layout, treatment plan and experience and treatment of the Alzheimer's population.

This place is just like all the other places...just in it for the money. My mother was inappropriate placed here years ago and we were asked to remove her as soon as possible. We had no backup plan, so had to find a suitable place to send her. This takes time, but we weren't given the time...they wanted her out. Someone from my family was with my mother almost all day, everyday, so it wasn't as though the staff was asked to meet her particular needs until we could relocate her. The management had zero sympathy for my mother and my family. They even had the nerve to charge her for a full day when we didn't move her out before noon. Sucking every last dollar they could out of my dad. Luckily my family had a relationship with a doctor at asbury and they welcomed my mother with open arms. They were truly a godsend.
