I have been leasing an office space at the IO Rockville since 2012 and have been very happy with the staff, management and suite. The staff and management are always pleasant and accommodating. My clients love coming to the luxurious suite and are greeted by the cheerful, attentive staff. They respect my clients' privacy and confidentiality.
I also use the IO Rockville answering services and have been very happy with that service as well. The staff make sure to put my clients at ease and connect with them. I often hear raving comments about their "connection".

We love working with Intelligent Office and have had an excellent experience each and every time time we reserved a conference room with them. The staff is always very professional and friendly. The process is very smooth and efficient and the prices are reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to use an office, conference room or any other related service that they provide.

Great alternative for businesses wishing to save on Overhead costs in these challenging economic times. Owner (Leslie Keenan) is responsive to customer needs and leads an efficient and professional team, offering mail services, receptionist services (forwarded to your home or cell #'s) and temporary office or conference room space. Would highly recommend them! Used utilized their services with no complaints for 10+ years...

This staff is 110% awesome! They are on top of tasks and really care for their clients. Even when minor mistakes happen (every business has them; perfect & flawless businesses are extremely rare...except this Rockville office is borderline close...), they are always available to resolve the issue in no time!
The staff is great, offices are clean, great location, and there is even a little deli shop on the first floor. I recommend this office to all of my colleagues, even my clients comment on how nice the space is. I have been leasing space and running my small business out of the IO in Rockville for over 7 years. It is the best business decision that I have ever made. The facility is hip and always up to date but more important is that the staff is wonderful. The can help me with any issue, large or small, and do so quickly and cheerfully. I recommend the IO-Rockville to anyone with a small business.

I have used IO in Rockville since I opened my law practice in 2013. Since first opening, I have received, and continue to receive, numerous compliments from potential and current clients regarding my professional yet friendly receptionists. Their warm professionalism is an integral part of my business persona. A recent potential client told me that, after calling several attorneys, he put me at the top of the list because of my nice, friendly receptionist.
My clients never feel like they're calling into an impersonal answering service (and trust me, you know when you're calling an answering service...). The IO staff is not only personable, but they always know my schedule, where I am and when I'll be back, and are able to competently inform my clients and set expectations. I really appreciate the great front office staff I have at IO, and highly recommend this service.
The office and conference room rentals, as well as business address and mail/package handling services, are great as well. The staff at the Rockville IO office are amazing! They stay focused, energized, and are always infinitely helpful! I am so pleased with their service and recommend this beautiful facility to anyone with a business who is looking for rental space! The office space is stunning, located conveniently in a beautiful corporate building, right off of I-270, and the staff is irreplaceable... Thanks for everything!
