Founded by Gigi Elizee, a Navy Veteran and experienced Registered Nurse with over 20 years in healthcare, and named after Gigi’s late mother, Jill, also a Registered Nurse, Jill’s Harbor embodies our commitment to compassionate, person-centered care. With two beautifully designed homes opening soon, each featuring private rooms and a family-like atmosphere, we focus on providing highly personalized services that honor the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
