We provide comprehensive care management services to seniors and individuals with disabilities as they face the challenges of aging. Office consults or in-home assessments are available with one of our experienced care managers, all with a background in social work, nursing or gerontology. Our goal is to help our clients maintain their dignity and independence while reducing the caregiver stress of families and friends. We also provide concierge companion services through our Debbie's Angels program. Our "Angels" assist with transportation and life enrichment tasks, such as outings to museums and family celebrations. |
