Adventure Theatre MTC recognizes Mr. Goldman’s achievements in children’s physical health and wellbeing and his commitment to social responsibility. Who: Seth Goldman founded Honest Tea out of his home in 1998 with Barry Nalebuff of the Yale School of Management. Today, Honest Tea is the nation’s top-selling organic bottled tea and is carried in more than 140,000 outlets. Under his leadership, Honest Tea developed innovative partnerships with its organic and Fair Trade Certified™ suppliers. He now splits his time between Honest Tea and Beyond Meat, where he is the Executive Chairman of the Board. A graduate of Harvard College (1987) and the Yale School of Management (1995), Goldman was awarded the Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute. He and Nalebuff are the authors of the New York Times bestseller Mission in a Bottle, a business book told in comic book form, which was published in September 2013. Amber Iman made her Broadway debut as the High Priestess of Soul, Nina Simone, in Soul Doctor, earning rave reviews and a nomination for the prestigious Clive Barnes Award. A recipient of the Emery Battis Award for Acting Excellence & a Helen Hayes Award nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Musical, for Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Man of La Mancha, Amber returned to Broadway in Shuffle Along, Or, The Making of the Musical Sensation of 1921 and All That Followed.
